IMPORTANT NOTE: Workshops will be announced later and will have an additional cost.

This option is designed for those who wish to accompany participants, allowing them to enjoy social and cultural experiences within the framework of the Congress.
 

The accompanying persons’ fee includes access to social activities, participation in the official half city tour, lunches, coffee breaks, and entry to the commercial exhibition area.
 

Transportation services will be provided for all social activities, to and from the official event venue, for both participants and their accompanying persons.

Members of the Latin American Glaucoma Society are entitled to complimentary Congress registration. To proceed, they must validate their email address and register at the following link:

Members of International Glaucoma Societies:
 

Members from Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, as well as the European Glaucoma Society, may access a preferential rate.
To do so, they must validate their email address on the registration platform.

Your request will be prioritized and handled promptly by our team.
 

To access the preferential rate for fellows, residents, optometrists, specialized technologists, or medical students, you must upload an image of your degree or an official document that certifies your status.

Any changes or cancellations related to registrations must be submitted in writing to the following email: info@slaglaucoma.org
 

- Cancellations received up to July 31, 2026, will be refunded with a 15% deduction for administrative fees.

- Cancellations received up to August 30, 2026, will be refunded with a 30% deduction for administrative fees and penalties.
- Any fees associated with refunds processed via bank transfer will be assumed by the participant requesting the refund.

- All refunds will be processed starting October 12, 2026.

Name changes in the registration will incur an administrative fee of $50 per registration.
 

Any person who is unable to attend the Congress, for any reason, and cannot transfer their registration to a third party, will be required to forfeit the full registration fee. Refunds will only be processed if the request is received within the previously established deadlines.
 

No further claims will be accepted.
