This 2‑day program offers a deeper immersion into Andean rural life, with more time to enjoy the horses, the mountain landscapes and the hacienda’s organic farm cuisine.
Day 1
Arrival, welcome & first ride
Journey to Machachi, surrounded by the Rumiñahui, Illinizas and cotopaxi volcanoes.

Horse assignment based on rider experience
Half‑day Andean horseback ride
Ride through highland meadows, forests, farms and Rural mountain trails with stunning views of Cotopaxi and the illinizas.
Traditional lunch at the hacienda
